Job Role
- Overall Experience -1 Years in desktop support/IT Support.
- On call support to Store/Office/Warehouse: Follow BMC Remedy and address calls assigned to him/her as per agreed SLA. Once call resolved, he/she need to provide all details in the portal before closing the call.
- Vendor Management: Coordination with registered vendor for any IT device repair at SWO.
- Preventive maintenance: Need to perform preventive maintenance quarterly or as required to maintain IT equipment dust free at SWO locations.
- Projects: work on projects which are related to SWO and perform assigned job as per timeline.
- Issue Reporting: Check and highlight to zone team in case any issue related to UPS, AC etc which causing damage to IT equipment.
- Both Feshers and experienced can apply.
