The IT Service Management team is looking for an entry-level Technical Architect. You’ll be working closely with a senior technical architect to learn the ITSM Agile development process, from product idea through production delivery and support.
As your experience increases, you will:
- Assist product owners with backlog refinement
- Create technical artifacts/documentation supporting Agile features and user stories
- Foster spirit of collaboration across multiple internal teams
- Help developers and testers work through complex and challenging scenarios
- Help ensure the finished product matches the technical design and delivers the product owner’s vision
- Gather feedback from production support team to continually refine technical designs
- Assist with code reviews to maintain high code quality standards
