Job Description For DSPL Off Campus Drive 2022
We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated candidates to join our existing team to assist in the procurement of various healthcare products for our valued customers and their pets. The products are procured mainly for the UK and Western European market.
The Job Responsibilities include:
- Managing day to day operational tasks related to procurement of our products.
- Assist in the smooth implementation of critical aspects of the buying process to ensure timely information and relevant details are passed on to suppliers and internal teams.
- Working on the organisation’s cloud based collaboration and project management tool to ensure key tasks are lined up and allocated to the responsible teams. The candidate will need to monitor that the assigned tasks are completed within the stipulated time by responsible teams / individuals.
- Generating and evaluating MIS to ensure an optimised procurement process, inventory planning.
- Providing support to marketing team and senior management.
- Coordination with IT team for streamlining and upgrade in reports and process related to the procurement process
- Liaise & follow up with suppliers regarding,
- o Product availability – for re-orders as well as new products,
- o Required documents and product details
- o Product delivery timelines
- Support to the customer services team to resolve customer queries.
- Any additional projects tasks that may be allocated from time to time.
- Sourcing quality suppliers and negotiating prices worldwide.
- Maintaining relations with existing suppliers.
