Job Description For Emerson Jobs Noida 2022
Primary Duties and Accountabilities:
- Design, Implementation of controls from SAMA /Functional diagrams/Narratives for Boiler / BOP and/or HRSG
- Design/Implementation of graphics from sketches/snapshots/P&IDs
- Creation/modification of HW / Internal Point Database
- Implementation of Simulation logics for First Pass/Process Test
- Pre-FAT, FAT & clean-up after FAT
- Verification and functional testing of I/O interfaces to field devices
- Boiler / BOP/HRSG commissioning, start-up and CLCS understanding & tuning
- Identifying and communicating areas of potential process and design improvements to project manager
- Compliance with internal and customer safety and security requirements
- Working with contractors / sub-contractors
- Fostering smooth collaboration and communication with all project stakeholders (internal project teams, customer and on-site contractors)
Skills Required For Emerson Jobs Noida 2022
- B. Tech. / B.E. (ECE, EEE, I&C, E&I)
- 0 – 3 years of experience in process industry preferably in power plant
- Excellent language and communication skills; both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to queries from groups of managers, clients and customers
- Ability to interface with vendors & sub-contractors
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Experience in Power Plant, Boiler/Turbine OEM, DCS vendor
- Proficiency with SAMA logic symbols, functional diagram, Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic schematics
- Experience with designing and implementing control logic configuration
- Knowledge of MS-Access & MS-Excel
