- Digital Channel Activation
- Activation for Digital Wealth Management
- Selling Investment and Insurance Products
- Selling Asset Products
- Achieve Individual Book and Fee Income targets as mandated in HR Goal Sheet in order to secure highest rating as per policy of the Bank
- Handle the service requirement of customers are taken case in a prompt and pro-active manner
- Provide regular feedback to Branch / Head Office team for improved customer relationship management at Equitas
