The Voice Process Executive/Agent Is Responsible For Interacting With Customers Over The Phone And Providing Customer Service, Support, Or Sales Assistance.
Duties And Responsibilities:
- Answering Inbound Calls From Customers And Assisting Them With Their Queries, Complaints, Or Issues
- Making Outbound Calls To Customers For Follow-Ups, Surveys, Or Sales Promotions
- Recording Customer Interactions And Maintaining Accurate Records Of Customer Accounts And Interactions
- Resolving Customer Issues With Empathy, Patience, And Professionalism
- Upselling Or Cross-Selling Products Or Services To Customers Based On Their Needs And Requirements
- Collaborating With Other Departments Or Teams Within The Organization To Resolve Customer Issues Or Provide Better Customer Service
