Job Description For Texas Instruments Off Campus Drive 2022
- Software Development: Develop application specific software demos and examples which enables to benchmark TI processor capability and help customer to get started on their product development.
- Customer Engagement: Develop engagement strategy for key software architecture components to enable customer success as measured by time to market. Prevent or solve customer problems.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as key customer interface and voice of customer to drive requirements, schedules, and market direction back into Product Development.
- Technical development: Create and execute collateral plan to improve ease of use and self-service.
- Grow expertise to differentiate TI as a market leader in embedded systems.
Skills Required For Texas Instruments Off Campus Drive 2022
- 0-3 years industry experience in software development on embedded devices
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in EE, Computer Science
- Skills needed:
- Experience with programming languages such as C
- Knowledge of writing applications in areas of Automotive and Industrial space.
- Ability to clearly communicate with customers to understand their technical needs and system issues. Communicate via a variety of methods (presentations, calls, face to face, writing, etc.). Strong problem-solving abilities. Able to break complex problems down into individual components to debug and correct. Curiosity to understand and learn quickly. Familiarity with the Linux kernel, and ability to write and debug Linux device drivers
- Experience with programming languages such as C (advance/expert level), Python, JavaScript (Basics)
- Knowledge of embedded systems – MCU, MPU, ARM
- Knowledge of computer architecture – Cache, DMA, Interconnect
- Knowledge of basic communication peripherals like I2C, SPI, UART, Flash, capture, display or middleware, stacks and protocols – TCP/IP, LwIP, USB, PCIe, filesystem is an added advantage
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols like EtherCAT, Profinet, EtherNet/IP is added advantage
